Beginning Monday October 19, 2020 at 3:30-4:30 after school Strength and Conditioning workouts will take place on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. This will NOT be a "lifting" class as no heavy weights (bench, squat, dead) will be lifted. Rather, the focus will be on movement and lighter weight. This opportunity will be open to all CVCS Junior High athletes. Please contact Coach Fri if you are interested. Great cultures are built in the weight room!
Also, the Junior High Football team is in need of some better equipment and gear and we are willing to work for it! If you have any ideas of fundraisers, especially if they might have a service component,please contact Coach Fri!
