The girls softball season came to a close today with a 7-10 loss against New Plymouth in the 2A District III WIC Softball tournament. The girls fell behind 5-0 early in the first inning and clawed their way back into it and gave the Pilgrims a scare in the end. This was a theme for this team all year. They never quit and they were always scrapping. The McCall shared his delight with Coach Enderlin that we lost due to the fact that no one wanted to play our girls. It's a testament to the growth of the team over the course of this season. There's a lot of youth and hope for bigger things moving forward. We'd like to thank the six seniors for their efforts in the softball program. Praying for you all as you move forward.
