What if you can't make the Sports Physicals Event on August 2nd from 5-7 PM? 

A school Mom and Pediatrician Ann Miller has reached out to let me know that she's making herself available at her pediatric urgent care August 6th and August 27th (too late for Fall Athletes) from 8AM-4PM for Sports Physicals. 

Appointments are by walk in or schedule. To schedule an appointment call 377-4400. The Primary Health is on Eagle and Franklin.
