CVCS Boys and Girls won WIC District Golf tournament at RedHawk on Tuesday. Tyler Smith (74) and Grace Singpraseuth (81) led their teams as well as medalist for the tournament.

The victory was one of the best performances CVCS has had at districts for both the boys and girls. Boys won by 44 shots over North Star Charter and the Girls won by 48 over Nampa Christian.

It's the invitation to defend their State title that they have been waiting for all season. A special thanks needs to go to all parents and other volunteers who helped with scoring the event. With 18 teams represented it is a very big undertaking to host such a large field.

State tournament is held at Rivers Edge GC in Burley, ID on May 13,14.
