We have 4,432 athletes representing 158 high schools and 69 middle schools from 7 states.
We are very excited about the level of competition and look forward to a beautiful day at Eagle Island!
With large entry numbers comes an equally large number of cars and spectators. Please give your team bus/van enough time to deal with traffic. Advise parents to arrive 45-60min before they would have originally planned. We anticipate 3800 cars entering the park over the two days with a total crowd of 8-9,000 (including athletes).
Please be patient and follow instructions from Park Staff, Parking Staff, Meet Staff, Security and Volunteers.
An event of this size involves many amazing volunteers and staff. Please offer a smile and thank you to all those who are volunteering as well as the Park Staff and parking attendants, it will be greatly appreciated!

ADMISSIONS/PARKING
NO PARK VEHICLE DAY FEE. All vehicles will be allowed into the park at no charge.
- ADMISSIONS
Tickets are available in advance HERE.
Adults = $8 + $1 online ticketing fee
Day of tickets = $10 cash or utilize QR code to purchase online
- Bib# allows athletes entry/re-entry
- Coaches with valid Cross Country or Track coach ID free of charge. Coach wristbands available at packet pickup. If your school or association do not issue coach ID, wrist bands will be provided at packet pickup based on the number of total entries your team has.
- Children under 18 and students with ID free of charge.
Admissions will be collected at 2 access points from the parking areas.
Wrist bands and stamps will allow entry/re-entry and admissions covers both Friday and Saturday. VENUE MAP
Please encourage your parents to be buy tickets in advance to make for a smooth and expedient experience getting into the meet.
We recommend taking Chinden, to Linder, turning right on Hwy 44/State St and you can access the park via a right hand turn with the flow of traffic and avoid turning left across traffic at the light off of Hwy 44/State St.
PLEASE follow the instructions of event staff and park personnel and park where and how the parking attendants request.
NO STOPPING OR DROP OFF on the paved road.
Bus parking area has a designated pedestrian crossing out of the field, across the road and to the main park, please use this path. Follow instructions from volunteers and park staff.
Inform your parents they should plan to arrive 45-60min prior to the posted race time they are wishing to attend to accommodate traffic congestion.
PACKETS
Packets will be available at the course from 1pm - 6pm on Friday, 22 Sept and beginning 745am on 23 Sept. Packet pickup will be located at the end of the crossing from the bus lot. Across the ditch from Retail.
Please bring payment to the meet if you have not already paid.
Your packet will include bib#'s, pins. Bibs have timing tags adhered to the back, DO NOT bend. Maps and schedules will be available at the packet pickup table and are all available online.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING
Assist us in keeping the park clean by policing your team area and utilizing the bags which can be found on large rolls throughout the park. There are garbage boxes around the park, please encourage your athletes to utilize these as well.
COURSE PREVIEW
Course will be open Friday from 1pm - 545pm for review. Course closes at 545pm to accommodate middle school races
Course closes at 845am on Saturday to all runners other than competitors.
BOB FIRMAN GEAR/RETAIL
There will be Nike apparel with Bob Firman XC logo available at the course both Friday and Saturday.
Fri = 1pm-7pm. Sat = 745am-345pm (unless items sell out sooner)
Nike items include - unisex short sleeve, womens short sleeve, unisex long sleeve, unisex hoodie, unisex halfzip, womens halfzip and a Nike Shoe Box Bag

MIDDLE SCHOOL - FRIDAY
Please advise your parents to arrive at the venue 45-60min prior to posted race time to alleviate traffic congestion into the park and at admissions. 6th grade will start promptly at 6pm. Boys 7/8 at 6:25pm and Girls 7/8 at 6:50pm.

WARM-UP AREA
NO warm-ups are allowed on the paved road or to the east of the paved road. WARM-UP MAP HERE
PLEASE pass along to your athletes to NOT steal any banners or signage. Any athlete caught will be disqualified from the meet. This includes the black Nike snow fencing, signage in a-frames, Bob Firman XC branded banners and signage. Basically everything other than the pennant flagging.
